It’s good to be back in Buckhannon and on campus at Wesleyan! I am very excited to start my second year with the team. Now that I have experienced a full season of swimming from the pool deck, I feel ready to pursue another great year with the Bobcats. I have noticed a change within our team, not only in numbers but in spirit. Each member of the team seems to want to excel within the classroom and the pool, which is great to see in the first few weeks of the season. Coach Dziak and I have set goals for ourselves as coaches as well as for the team and we know if perform to the best of our ability we can reach them by the end of the year. I hope to see more familiar faces this year and cannot wait to show our success.
